Gravel driveway with 2 natural stone steps to front door under covered porch. Private parking on driveway with stopping off available immediately in front of entrance.

All accommodation is on one level within the property.

All areas are private to the property. Quarry tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom. Fitted carpets in living area and bedroom.

Outdoor Facilities

There is a concreted patio area accessed via a small step from the gravel driveway.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas

The bed has access on either side and at one end. There is a central light and also 2 touch-sensitive bedside lights.

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom. It has a quarry tiled floor, and safety mat available for the shower tray. Wall hung basin and toilet.

Self-Catering Kitchen

The property opens from the front door into the fully integrated kitchen area which has a quarry tiled floor. There is a breakfast bar with two adjustable swivel stools. One and a half bowl sink with mixer tap.

Grounds and Gardens

The Studio has views to open countryside from all windows and is set in a large well maintained garden which can be accessed by visitors by request with the owner. The Studio has its own small courtyard space with a table and 2 chairs for exclusive use.

A fire risk assessment has been carried out and is available to view if requested.
No animals are allowed and this is a no smoking property.
